Refund & Return Policy

At Trulyboho.com we have the best refund policy if you got any faulty product or if the product was not delivered as per your order placed.

Important Note: Once the order and size is confirmed in the email, it indicates that you’re willing to proceed with the order. Once we process the order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded by any means. But if you still need the refund, you need to send the product back to us at your expense. Once we receive your product, we will initiate the refund process.

Here are few other terms for refund. Please read them carefully.

Faulty Product

Standard warranty period is 3 days for a faulty product.

We will provide a replacement or a store credit in such a scenario. You need to notify us in a timely manner at info@trulyboho.com

We will happily provide a replacement item or a refund if the item you have received is faulty and you notify us within the above timeframe. But make sure that you reply to our email of size confirmation and shipping address confirmation within 36 hours of our email (info@trulyboho.com). If we do not get a response from your end in given timeframe, we usually send one size larger than the ordered one. This is our standard policy to ensure that the outfits aren’t too fit if the size is smaller. The bigger size can be tweaked but the smaller can’t be.

Replacements are not given for damaged packaging, removed tags and without original bills attached if any. We can only replace goods that are faulty on arrival and have to claimed within 3 days.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue, so we can resolve it for you!

A certain amount would be deducted if you have placed a wrong order or wrong size. For example, you needed a medium size dress and you ordered a large size dress. In such a case, you need to check the size chart and then place your order. In short, if you order or purchase a wrong product from Trulyboho.com, 10% of the total received amount will be deducted and then the refund will be processed accordingly.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item please contact “info@trulyboho.com” within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.

  • We will dispatch the new item at no additional cost
  • Additional shipping cost will be credited as a store credit to make up for a loss of a “reverse” shipping.

It is mandatory for a customer to provide us with a picture of an incorrect item so we can process it from our end. It is also necessary to pack and ship the item back to us. Upon receipt of the “incorrect item”, we will send you a new item.

In the worst case scenario, Trulyboho will provide a full refund.

Exclusions

For the following conditions, we do not accept return/ refund request

We cannot accept returns for

  • Customized items specially made for you.
  • Bulk orders that we have specially ordered in from our suppliers at your request.
  • Items that have been damaged by makeup when trying on – please remove your makeup first!
  • Items that have been altered in any way.
  • Items that are worn or dirty or torn.
  • If the parcel is delivered late due to logistics delays or natural calamities, in such cases, customer has to pay the charges to return the package to our supplier if they’re not willing to accept it anymore!
